AGP Industrial and Pragati Infra Solutions have announced a joint venture to set up a modular EPC and fabrication manufacturing facility.

The proposed unit is planned as India’s first advanced facility of its kind. It will focus on modular construction and fabrication solutions for infrastructure and industrial projects.

The joint venture has been formalised through a memorandum of understanding. The facility will support offsite manufacturing and faster project execution, which will commence after statutory and regulatory clearances.
