A subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, which is one of India's largest hotel chains, has been awarded a contract to develop a 5-star Aurika Hotel in Nehru Place, New Delhi. 

This new property, with over 500 keys, will be one of the largest hotels in the city and mark the entry of Lemon Tree's upscale Aurika brand into the National Capital Region. 

The hotel will be located on a 2.2-acre plot acquired through a recent e-auction. 

The project is a strategic move by Lemon Tree Hotels to tap into Delhi's booming business and leisure travel market and will feature signature dining experiences, expansive banqueting facilities, and top-tier amenities for guests. 

The Letter of Award is valid for 12 months, setting the stage for construction to begin soon.
