Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a 76-room hotel property in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.

The new property expands the company’s presence in the state, where it now has a portfolio of 26 hotels including operational and upcoming projects.

The hotel will feature modern guest rooms, dining outlets, and meeting facilities.

Officials said the development reflects growing hospitality demand in emerging tier-two cities.

The property will be developed under a management agreement.
