Lemon Tree Hotels has signed an agreement to launch a new property in Madhya Pradesh as part of its strategy to expand into tierII and tierIII cities. 

The property is intended to tap corporate travel and domestic tourism flows, broadening the brand’s footprint beyond metropolitan centres. 

Management expects the new hotel to support local hospitality value chains and seasonal demand spikes.

The deal reinforces midmarket chains’ focus on scalable, assetlight growth models and may include franchising or managementcontract structures to speed market entry. 

Local employment for operations and supplychain MSMEs is expected to follow the opening.
