Post receiving licenses from the Government of Goa, Salcete Brewing Ltd, has placed an order for procuring machines and tools related to production and bottling of beer.

Trial runs and batches after installation of machinery is expected to be completed by December 2025 and commercial production of beer is expected to start from March 2026.

Khoobsurat Limited received license approval from the Government of Goa on April 8, 2025, for the establishment and operation of its Goa unit for the production and bottling of beer, in collaboration with Salcete Brewing Limited. This was a significant milestone.

Earlier announcements from January 2025 indicated an expected date of commercial production by the end of Financial Year 2025-26. This timeline was contingent on receiving the necessary approvals and placing orders for equipment.

Once the establishment license was received, the company planned to place orders for brewery equipment after technical consultations.
