ITC Hotels Limited has signed  a new agreement with KAC Palm Exotica Hotels Private Limited for extending its Welcomhotel brand into Telangana. 

Currently, ITCHL operates two iconic properties in the city—ITC Kakatiya with 188 keys and ITC Kohenur with 274 keys.

Spread across 11 acres, the upcoming property will feature 155 guest rooms and villas with private gardens, offering guests a retreat that draws deeply from the region’s rich cultural heritage. 

The hotel will include an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty dining venue, a bar, lounge, spa, kids club, and a swimming pool—blending relaxation with refined hospitality.
