ITC Hotels (ITCHL) has signed a new management agreement for ‘Mementos by ITC Hotels Siliguri’. This marks the brand's debut luxury resort in Eastern India and will be its fourth property under the Mementos portfolio. 

The resort will be developed within the 700-acre Dagapur Tea Estate in Siliguri, with a 22-acre layout and 180 guest rooms, complemented by the signature Kaya Kalp Spa and versatile banquet facilities. 

Positioned 15 km from Bagdogra International Airport, the upcoming resort will have strong connectivity with Darjeeling, Gangtok, and Guwahati. 

The project is expected to be operational by 2029.

The addition brings ITCHL’s presence in West Bengal to 12 locations, comprising six operational hotels and six more in development, offering a combined inventory of over 1,540 keys across various brands.
