ITC Hotels has announced the addition of two new properties under its Welcomhotel brand in Nellore and Hyderabad. 

The new hotels, developed in collaboration with DSR Hospitality Services, feature modern amenities, event spaces, and hospitality facilities designed to meet the needs of business and leisure travellers. 

The Nellore property will cater to a growing regional market, while the Hyderabad hotel, located in Panjagutta, will strengthen ITC’s urban footprint. 

This expansion reflects ITC’s asset-light growth strategy and focus on management contracts. 

With the addition of these properties, ITC continues to build its presence across southern India, aligning with rising tourism and business activity in both states.
