ITC Hotels has announced a significant expansion in Kerala with the opening of its new property, Fortune Airport Road Kochi. 

Located strategically near the Cochin International Airport, the new hotel aims to serve the growing number of business and leisure travelers in the region. 

The hotel features 72 well-appointed rooms and suites and is a key addition to ITC Hotels' expanding presence in Southern India.

Anil Chadha, Managing Director of ITC Hotels, stated that the new property will cater to the increasing demand for quality accommodations in the bustling airport corridor. 

The hotel offers a range of amenities, including an all-day restaurant named Zodiac, a Fortune Deli, and a rooftop restaurant called Nakshatra. 

It also targets the corporate market with dedicated conference facilities and banquet spaces. For leisure guests, the hotel provides a rooftop pool, a fitness center, and a spa, which is currently under development. 

The project is a joint venture with Zenha Lifestyle Pvt Ltd and reflects ITC Hotels' strategy of establishing a presence in high-potential urban centers that combine cultural significance with commercial viability.
