Infrastructure  -  Jul 24,2025  -

IndoSpace, India's leading fully integrated supply chain infrastructure services platform, has announced a significant investment of over Rs 1,037 crore to develop 'IndoSpace Chakan V,' its largest industrial and logistics park in India.

Spanning an expansive 188 acres in the MIDC Chakan area of Pune, this development marks IndoSpace's eighth industrial and logistics park in the region, bringing its total footprint in Pune to 525 acres.

The investment underscores IndoSpace's confidence in the Chakan-Talegaon corridor's strategic importance as a high-demand manufacturing and logistics hub.

This region recorded a substantial 6.7 million sq. ft of absorption in 2024, reflecting its growing role in India's supply chain ecosystem.

Anshuman Singh, MD & CEO of IndoSpace, emphasized the significance of this expansion, stating, "Chakan has cemented its role as a high-demand manufacturing hub, driven by its strong connectivity and industrial ecosystem. With IndoSpace Chakan V, we are strengthening our ability to support the evolving requirements of India's industrial growth and logistics transformation. This park reinforces our long-term commitment to enabling India's next phase of infrastructure-led economic expansion.”
