The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has announced plans for its 16th property in Jaipur, reinforcing its targeted expansion in high-demand leisure and heritage destinations. 

IHCL’s Jaipur push intends to blend luxury hospitality with region-specific experiential offerings, aimed at both domestic and international travellers seeking cultural and heritage travel experiences. 

Jaipur’s tourism fundamentals — strong domestic leisure flows, MICE demand and improving air and road connectivity — make it an attractive market for luxury brands that can command premium rates. 

IHCL also expects uplift from curated F&B, event hosting and local partnership tie-ups that boost ancillary revenue streams.

Strategically, the Jaipur property complements IHCL’s broader portfolio mix that balances metros with tier-II and lifestyle destinations, supporting earnings seasonality smoothing across leisure and corporate demand cycles.
