Hiranandani Group plans a Rs. 1,000 crore expansion in Oragadam, Tamil Nadu, targeting a mix of industrial parks, GradeA warehousing and residential townships to serve the region’s manufacturing clusters. 

The investment capitalises on Oragadam’s strong automotive and electronics supplier base and provides plugandplay space for both domestic and multinational tenants. 

The project signals renewed developer interest in integrated industrial townships close to Chennai’s ports.

Industry sources say the scheme may include AIenabled logistics facilities and potential jointventure models with local landowners, positioning Oragadam as a trimodal industrial hub. 

The expansion could attract EV component makers and datacentre ancillary services seeking proximity to robust supply chains and port access.
