Real estate developer Hiranandani Group is preparing a fresh investment push in Tamil Nadu, targeting Oragadam near Chennai as its next major growth hub. 

The company plans to develop new residential, industrial and warehousing assets as part of its long-term strategy to expand beyond its existing 400-acre integrated township. 

Oragadam’s rising manufacturing base, strong connectivity and growing demand from electronics, EV and logistics players have strengthened the area’s investment appeal. 

This marks the group's next strategic phase following earlier multi-year investments in Chennai’s real estate market. 

The upcoming projects are expected to attract both domestic and foreign tenants, boosting the region’s industrial ecosystem.
