Hilton is all set to establish its luxury LXR Hotels & Resorts brand in India with a flagship property in Bengaluru by 2026. 

This move comes alongside a plan to open 29 new hotels across India over the next five years, aiming to double its footprint in one of the world’s fastest-growing travel markets.

At its first-ever brand showcase in India, Hilton highlighted 10 of its global brands including established names like Conrad Hotels & Resorts and DoubleTree by Hilton, and soon-to-launch offerings like Waldorf Astoria, LXR Hotels & Resorts, and lifestyle and economy brands such as the Curio Collection and Spark.

Currently, DoubleTree by Hilton leads Hilton’s presence in India, with 11 operational hotels and 12 under development in cities like Siliguri, Bhopal, Kochi, and Chandigarh. The company will also debut its first Spark-branded hotel in India in 2025, joining over 130 such properties globally.

Additionally, the Hampton by Hilton brand will be expanding across states such as Gujarat, Rajasthan, Punjab, and Bihar, with 75 hotels planned.
