Henkel Adhesive Technologies India has officially opened a new, state-of-the-art automotive warehouse in Chakan, one of India's leading automotive manufacturing hubs. 

This purpose-built facility is strategically designed to provide enhanced support to the rapidly growing automotive sector in the region, particularly by facilitating Just-in-Time (JIT) delivery models and strengthening supplier integration.

The new warehouse is equipped with advanced capabilities for efficient logistics and prototyping. 

It will play a crucial role in managing non-standard prototype materials, utilizing a full SAP traceability system to ensure accurate batch management, manufacturing data tracking, and expiry date monitoring. 

This feature is vital for automotive companies engaged in research and development, enabling them to develop new products and applications in a fast-evolving market.

Built with scalability in mind, the facility is designed to accommodate the anticipated growth in the automotive sector through 2030, supporting ongoing plant expansions by original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and their suppliers.
