Godrej Enterprises Group's Aerospace Division has announced a significant contract with Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business, to manufacture complex aerospace parts for engine applications. 

This landmark agreement solidifies Godrej's ambition to become a crucial supplier to global aircraft engine Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and marks a substantial expansion of its technological capabilities and production volumes.

Maneck Behramkamdin, Business Head of Godrej's Aerospace division, emphasized the strategic importance of this collaboration, stating that it is "not just a business milestone – it is a testament to India's rising capabilities in complex aerospace manufacturing." 

He highlighted Godrej's long-standing leadership in high-precision manufacturing and its contributions to India's aerospace self-reliance.

Godrej currently operates approximately 35,000 square meters of aerospace manufacturing space across India, with an additional 48,500 square meters currently under development. 

This substantial investment in infrastructure underscores the company's vision to elevate India's aerospace manufacturing capabilities to a global standard and increase its participation in the international supply chain for advanced aviation technologies.
