The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has announced a Rs 398 crore project to build multi-level flyovers and grade separators on the Mehdipatnam-Gachibowli corridor. The project is a part of the city's strategic road development plan.

The new infrastructure will be constructed at the Rethibowli and Nanalnagar junctions, two of the busiest intersections on the route. 

This corridor is a vital link to the IT hub of Gachibowli and the PVNR Expressway. The new flyovers are expected to significantly ease traffic flow for commuters and businesses, enhancing connectivity and setting a new benchmark for urban infrastructure in Hyderabad. 

The project is expected to boost economic activity by making the commute to the IT corridor more efficient.
