The foundation has been laid for a new hospital block project worth Rs. 137 crore at Thiruvananthapuram General Hospital in Kerala.

The development aims to strengthen healthcare infrastructure and expand treatment capacity at one of the state’s major public hospitals.

The new block will include modern medical facilities, patient wards, and advanced healthcare infrastructure.

Officials said the project will help improve patient care and support growing healthcare demand in the region

Construction will proceed in phases following project planning and infrastructure development.
