ESR has acquired 60 acres in Talegaon to develop an industrial and logistics park with a built-up area of nearly 1.35 million sq ft. 

The park will cater to manufacturing, warehousing, and e-commerce clients by offering Grade A infrastructure in one of Pune region’s strongest industrial micro-markets. 

Talegaon’s connectivity through the expressway and proximity to Chakan have made it a strategic location for global and domestic occupiers.

The investment strengthens ESR’s expansion strategy in Western India, where demand for plug-and-play logistics spaces continues to rise. The park is also expected to boost employment opportunities and attract ancillary units that typically cluster around large-format warehousing hubs. 

Once operational, the development will play a key role in supporting supply-chain consolidation for companies operating across Maharashtra.
