EPACK Prefab Technologies has commissioned a new sandwich panel manufacturing facility at the Mambattu industrial estate in Tirupati district, Andhra Pradesh. 

The facility, constructed on a 283,660 sq. ft. land parcel with a 149,151 sq. ft. built-up area, increases EPACK's annual production capacity by 800,000 sq. mtrs.

This Rs 56 crore investment (excluding land) features a fully automated, continuous production line that delivers high precision, minimal manual intervention, enhanced product quality, and reduced material waste. 

The facility is designed to meet growing demand from sectors such as cold storage, food processing, clean rooms, and industrial infrastructure. 

“We are proud to align with key national missions such as Make in India, Aatmanirbhar Bharat and PM Gati Shakti,” said Sanjay Singhania, Managing Director & CEO, EPACK Prefab. 

He added that the company aims for a 30–35 percent market share in the prefabricated sandwich panel segment by year-end, leveraging deeper regional penetration and increased production speed.
