Aster DM Healthcare is significantly expanding its footprint in Bengaluru, reinforcing its commitment to providing comprehensive healthcare services in the region.

The company has increased its stake in Dr. Ramesh Cardiac & Multispecialty Hospital by acquiring an additional 13%, bringing its total shareholding to 70.49%. In a further strategic move, Aster DM Healthcare has announced plans for a brand-new 500-bed super-specialty hospital in Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru 

This substantial new facility, anticipated to commence operations in the latter half of the fiscal year 2028-29, represents a considerable investment of Rs 580 crore.

This expansion is poised to address the growing healthcare needs of Bengaluru's rapidly developing northwest corridor, promising enhanced access to advanced tertiary care for the local community.
