Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels (ASPHL) has inked a hotel management agreement with RR Jain Infra for a new property in Indore, Madhya Pradesh under its upscale social lifestyle brand, Zone by The Park.

The upcoming 117-key hotel will be located within the Alankrit Film City. Strategically positioned just 30 minutes from Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport, Zone by The Park, Indore aims to offer a blend of modern hospitality with design-led experiences. 

It is designed to appeal to both business and leisure travellers with features that include Bazaar, an all-day dining restaurant Z Bar, Vitalia Spa, and Playa, a pool area. 

The property will also host extensive banquet spaces, both indoor and outdoor, catering to weddings, social events, and corporate functions.
