The Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority has signed a lease agreement with NTPC Limited for development of a facility in Amaravati.

The project is expected to support institutional and operational infrastructure within the capital region.

Officials said the agreement marks continued progress in attracting central public sector investments into Amaravati.

The presence of NTPC is likely to strengthen the administrative and infrastructure ecosystem of the planned capital city.

Development will move forward after detailed project planning and approvals.
