The Andhra Pradesh cabinet has approved a Rs. 2,388 crore semiconductor manufacturing facility at Tarluvada.

The project will strengthen the state’s electronics and semiconductor ecosystem.

Officials stated that the facility will support fabrication and advanced electronics production. The approval enables land allocation and infrastructure development to begin.

The project aligns with India’s broader semiconductor manufacturing initiative.
