Amaravati is poised to receive a significant boost with two major clean energy projects worth a combined Rs 51,000 crore. 

These investments are a cornerstone of Andhra Pradesh's strategy to become a "Green Hydrogen Valley" and a leader in sustainable energy.

These agreements were formalized at the recent Green Hydrogen Summit held at SRM University in Amaravati. 

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu emphasized the state's commitment to transitioning from fossil fuels to carbon-free energy sources like green hydrogen.

Beyond these specific projects, there's also a broader push for the development of Amaravati as the state capital, with significant infrastructure investments underway.
