Adani Enterprises Ltd has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Sultanganj Sabour Road Limited, to execute a road project in Bihar. 

The new vehicle has been set up to manage project implementation and contracting for the stretch linking regional nodes, aligning with the group’s broader infrastructure push across India. 

Company insiders say the move is designed to streamline project governance and accelerate approvals and on-ground work through a dedicated special-purpose entity. 

The development underscores the continued appetite of large infra conglomerates to expand road networks in eastern India, and could create fresh subcontracting and materials-supply opportunities for local contractors and suppliers.
