Rajasthan’s highway modernisation programme has received $225 million in funding from the World Bank to improve road infrastructure. The project is expected to benefit around 3 million people.

 

The initiative focuses on enhancing road quality, safety, and connectivity across the state.

 

Such funding enables faster implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects. The upgrades are expected to improve mobility and support economic development.
