Waaree Energy Storage Solutions has raised Rs. 1,003 crore to scale up its battery energy storage manufacturing and technology capabilities. 

The funding will be used to expand capacity, strengthen R&D, and support upcoming grid-scale and industrial storage projects. 

The raise highlights growing investor interest in India’s energy storage ecosystem. 

It also positions Waaree to capitalise on rising renewable integration and grid-balancing needs.
