Volks Energie to Power Eastern Corridor with Solar + Battery Technology for JHBDPL Project

Volks Energie has secured the JHBDPL (Jagdishpur–Haldia–Bokaro–Dhamra Pipeline Project) under the aegis of Gail India Ltd. 

The mission-critical project includes supplying, deploying, and commissioning 15 KWP Solar Photovoltaic Power Plants with Ni-Cd batteries, a Volks expertise, across 9 strategic locations in Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal and Uttar Pradesh.

As part of the association, Volks Energie will design, install, and supply 15 KWP solar plants across multiple zones. 

The deployment is slated to be completed by the end of this year. It will have contributed immensely to India’s renewable capacity and enhanced the operational reliability of one of the country’s largest pipeline projects.
