Vikran Engineering has announced the award of a Rs 1,642 crore solar-power project alongside robust financial performance for the second quarter. 

The company reported notable revenue and profit growth, driven by rising execution volumes and expanding renewable-energy projects.

The new solar project reinforces Vikran’s presence in India’s clean-energy infrastructure market, where demand for EPC expertise is accelerating. It will include both ground-mounted and hybrid installations, supporting state-level renewable procurement programs.

Management highlighted that continued government incentives and strong private-sector participation are driving renewable project pipelines across India.
