Ventive Hospitality Limited and Marriott International have announced a substantial expansion of their strategic partnership. 

This collaboration will see the addition of seven new hotels, collectively boasting 1,548 rooms, with a target completion by 2030. 

This ambitious pipeline underscores both companies' commitment to meet the burgeoning demand for world-class hospitality in the region.

The expanded alliance, formalized through the signing of management contracts, marks a pivotal moment for Ventive Hospitality, a listed hotel development and management business backed by the Panchshil group and Blackstone. 

it also reinforces Marriott International's aggressive growth strategy in a market that its President, Asia Pacific (excluding China), Rajeev Menon, projects to become the third-largest for Marriott globally within the next two to three years.

This ultra-luxury property will feature 73 villas and 80 branded residences, marking the debut of the prestigious Ritz-Carlton Reserve brand in Sri Lanka.
