VCI Global is establishing India’s first semiconductor wire manufacturing plant in partnership with Kinesis Manufacturing Solutions. 

This facility will specialize in producing semiconductor wire bonding, a key element in chip manufacturing.

The 25,000 SqFt plant will be located in Chennai, with an initial investment of 3.5 USD-Million. Operations will begin in the third quarter of 2025 with a single production line. 

Reaching mass production in the same quarter, the plant expects to generate up to 50 USD-Million, ensuring a full return on investment within just 12 months. 

Additionally, plans are already in motion to expand to four production lines, pushing annual revenue toward an impressive 200 USD-Million.
