TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks has signed an MoU with Telangana to develop a Rs 200 crore tech-enabled logistics and industrial park on a 20-acre site. 

The project will enhance modern warehousing capacity for manufacturing and e-commerce operations, supporting the state’s fast-growing supply-chain infrastructure. 

The park will feature automated inventory systems, Grade-A storage, and multi-modal connectivity to major transport corridors. 

Telangana continues to attract logistics investments due to its policy stability and strong industrial base. 

TVS ILP expects the site to serve as a regional distribution hub for North Telangana and adjoining markets.
