Tsuyo Manufacturing has secured approval to establish a Rs. 250 crore electric vehicle powertrain manufacturing facility in Karnataka.

The proposed unit will manufacture traction motors, controllers, and other EV drivetrain components.

Officials said the facility will also include testing and validation infrastructure for advanced EV technologies.

The project is expected to generate employment and strengthen the state’s EV ecosystem.

Implementation will proceed after land allocation and regulatory approvals.
