Texmaco Rail & Engineering, part of the Adventz Group, has secured a significant contract worth Rs 122.31 crore from the Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation Limited (MRVC). 

The contract is for the design, supply, and commissioning of a gas-insulated traction substation (TSS) for the Mumbai Suburban Railway network. 

The project will include a 50 MVA transformer, the largest ever installed in a traction substation. 

This initiative is a major step in modernizing Mumbai's rail infrastructure, aiming to enhance efficiency and reliability for millions of daily commuters.
