Telangana and Ridhira Group have signed an MoU for a Rs. 117 crore premium hospitality project in Bharat Future City, aimed at enhancing upscale lodging infrastructure and meeting rising visitor demand. 

The development will include high-end guest rooms, dining, and conference facilities designed to support business and leisure tourism growth in the region. 

The project is expected to create jobs during construction and in ongoing operations, while boosting hospitality services in a planned urban node. 

Officials emphasised that the MoU reflects Telangana’s focus on quality tourism infrastructure to attract events and corporate stays. 

Ridhira Group views the investment as a strategic entry into the state’s expanding tourism economy.
