The Tamil Nadu cabinet has approved incentive packages for industrial projects worth Rs. 31,592 crore.

The projects span multiple sectors including manufacturing and infrastructure.

Officials stated that the incentives are aimed at accelerating large-scale investments in the state.

The approval enables companies to proceed with expansion and greenfield developments. The projects are expected to generate significant employment.

Implementation will follow completion of statutory and environmental clearances.
