Suzlon Energy has bagged a 378 MW wind energy project from NTPC Green Energy to be developed in the Gadag district of Karnataka.

With this new order, Suzlon’s total partnership with NTPC Green Energy now stands at 1,544 MW, consolidating its position as the largest partner in wind energy for the company.

Under the terms of the contract, Suzlon will supply 120 units of its S144 Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) with Hybrid Lattice Towers (HLTs), each with a rated capacity of 3.15 MW.

The scope of work also includes foundation laying, erection, and commissioning of the project, along with comprehensive operations and maintenance services.
