Soleos Energy raises Rs 20 crore to expand solar EPC operations

Power Generation  -  Oct 22,2025  -

Gujarat-based solar EPC firm Soleos Energy has raised Rs 20 crore from GVFL Ltd to accelerate its next phase of growth.

The funding will be used to expand the company’s EPC and independent power producer (IPP) portfolio, strengthen its presence in the commercial and industrial (C&I) solar segment, and enhance its operations, maintenance, and digital monitoring capabilities.

Founded in 2012, Soleos has completed more than 120 projects and installed over 350 MW of solar capacity across India.

The company’s expansion aligns with India’s rapid renewable energy growth and increasing demand for distributed solar projects.

The solar EPC market, however, remains competitive with margin pressures and fluctuating module prices. With this capital infusion, Soleos aims to scale up operations and strengthen its position in the growing clean-energy ecosystem.
