Global energy management and automation leader Schneider Electric has announced fresh investments to expand its India operations, reinforcing the country’s role as a key manufacturing and innovation hub. 

The company plans to scale production, R&D and digital capabilities to support India’s energy transition and industrial automation needs. 

Schneider Electric has been steadily increasing localisation to serve sectors such as data centres, renewable energy and smart infrastructure. 

India also serves as a major export base for the company’s global operations. The expansion aligns with India’s push for sustainable, energy-efficient industrial growth.
