Sansera Engineering has formed a strategic joint venture with Nichidai Corporation of Japan.

The joint venture will focus on advanced manufacturing technologies for automotive and industrial applications.

The joint venture will be established as a private limited company based in Bengaluru, India, and will cater to both domestic and international markets. 

The collaboration combines Nichidai’s five decades of expertise in precision dies, component manufacturing and filtration technologies developed in Japan and Thailand, with Sansera’s strong manufacturing base and customer relationships in India.

Nichidai brings expertise in precision tooling and forming technologies. Manufacturing operations will be located in India to serve domestic and export markets. The JV expands Sanmar Engineering’s technology capabilities.
