SAMHI Hotels Limited has partnered with Marriott International to develop two new hotels in Navi Mumbai and Thane, expanding branded hospitality presence in the Mumbai metropolitan region. 

The properties will operate under Marriott’s global brands and target both business and transit-driven demand.

The development aligns with SAMHI’s strategy of strengthening its upper-upscale and upscale portfolio in high-growth urban corridors. 

Navi Mumbai, particularly around the upcoming international airport, is witnessing rising hospitality demand.

The partnership enhances SAMHI’s brand alignment with global operators and deepens Marriott’s footprint in western India.
