RVNL gets LOA for Rs 729.8 crore project from HPSEBL

Infrastructure  -  Mar 07,2025  -

Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL) has received a letter of acceptance for an infrastructure project valued at Rs 729.8 crore from the Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board.

This project marks another significant addition to RVNL’s growing portfolio in the infrastructure sector.

Earlier in February, the company secured another major contract from East Coast Railway, worth Rs 404.4 crore.

This project involves "earth work in formation of approaches, protection works and other connected miscellaneous works between Tikiri and Bhalumaska stations."

The road-doubling initiative is expected to enhance connectivity and efficiency in the railway network, reinforcing RVNL’s expertise in executing large-scale railway projects.

The two projects together amount to over Rs 1,134 crore, further solidifying RVNL’s position as a key player in India’s railway and infrastructure development sector.
