Rossell Techsys plans to spend up to Rs 15 crore as capex for the next 3 years

Infrastructure  -  Jul 16,2025  -

Rossell Techsys is set to significantly expand its capabilities with a planned capital expenditure of up to Rs 15 crore over the next three years.

This investment underscores the Bengaluru-based firm's ambitious strategy to deepen its role in defence aircraft production and meet the escalating demands of the global aerospace market.

Rishab Gupta, Founder and Managing Director of Rossell Techsys, recently stated the company's aim to more than double its current share of defence aircraft production, targeting a 15% platform share in the next three to five years, up from the current 7%.

The planned capital expenditure will be crucial in achieving this goal, enabling the company to broaden its capabilities, enter new domains, and move up the value chain in its service offerings.

This investment comes at a time when global aerospace players are increasingly looking towards India for sourcing components, a trend that is significantly boosting the country's emerging aerospace sector.

Rossell Techsys, which spun off from Rossell India and listed in December 2024, already supplies critical components such as engine wiring harnesses and cockpit panels to major global OEMs like Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and Honeywell. Nearly two-thirds of its revenue currently comes from U.S. clients, highlighting its strong export focus.
