Global aerospace and defense giant Rolls-Royce has expressed strong interest in expanding its presence in Tamil Nadu. 

Following a meeting with Chief Minister M.K. Stalin, the company is considering setting up a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility and a research and training center. 

The company also plans to expand its existing joint venture, International Aerospace Manufacturing Pvt Ltd (IAMPL) in Hosur. 

This engagement highlights Tamil Nadu's growing reputation as a key hub for advanced aerospace manufacturing and one of India's two Defence Industrial Corridors.
