REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited has floated a tender to develop transmission infrastructure for evacuating power from 5 GW green hydrogen projects.

The tender covers design, construction, and commissioning of evacuation systems.

The transmission assets will connect renewable generation facilities to the grid.

The projects form part of India’s green hydrogen development pipeline. Bids will be evaluated under the prescribed competitive framework.
