The Rajasthan Cabinet has approved the Rs. 13,037 crore Jaipur Metro Phase 2 project, marking a major expansion of the city’s urban transit network. The new phase will significantly improve connectivity across key residential and commercial zones.

The expansion is aimed at easing traffic congestion and promoting public transport usage in the rapidly growing capital city.
