Premier Energies has successfully commissioned its 1.2 GW TOPCon solar cell manufacturing line at Fab City, Hyderabad, Telangana. 

The newly commissioned line features advanced 16-busbar architecture, which significantly improves power density and ensures superior energy yield under real-world conditions. This development marks a key step in Premier Energies’ expansion into next-generation solar technologies, enhancing its high-efficiency manufacturing capabilities. 

The company’s roadmap includes scaling its production capacity to 8.4 GW for cells and 11.1 GW for modules by June 2026, reinforcing its position as a leading vertically integrated solar manufacturer.

The integration of manufacturing processes—from ingots and wafers to cells and modules, strengthens its role in supporting India’s clean energy transition.
