Prathima Infrastructure has been declared the lowest bidder (L1) for a major mining services contract at the Mungoli Nirguda Extension Deep Opencast (OC) Mine in Maharashtra. 

The Rs 669.88 crore contract covers a comprehensive range of services, including overburden (OB) removal, coal extraction, and heavy earthmoving equipment (HEMM) operations. 

This high-value contract is expected to enhance coal production efficiency and ensure a reliable supply for thermal power generation and industrial consumption in the region.

The development is expected to create employment opportunities and strengthen Maharashtra’s coal supply chain reliability.
