Indian Oil Corporation Limited’s green hydrogen unit at Panipat is on track for completion by December 2027.

The project forms part of IOCL’s clean energy transition roadmap. It will produce green hydrogen using renewable power sources.

The facility will support refinery operations and low-carbon initiatives. The hydrogen produced is expected to partially replace fossil fuel-based hydrogen.

Engineering and procurement activities are progressing as per schedule. The project aligns with India’s National Green Hydrogen Mission targets.
